A workshop structure of Burlesque Chair Aerobics. Learn a repetitive Dirty Diva choreography, genre hopping and all the sex appeal you can handle. Mindset Growth for Confidence and with or without a liquid courage. 

An optional Flight of Ciders for sipping, before, after or during class. 

Offered outside, inside if weather, held at The Vista of Maine.

All Fitness Levels are Welcome! Dress ready to dance and be able to move!
