RockStar Yoga is a flow style format, creating fluidity, increasing flexibility. Total body conditioning, ideal for all fitness abilities. Modifications provided if needed.

TERPS will be hosting this workshop; Come early and/or take your time leaving, socialize while enjoying samples and snacks from a member of the local Cannabis Community! 

Julia from Peaceful Intentions will be leading and concluding our session with an energy cleanse and a guided meditation to have you feeling like your floating home!
