This 2 hour SNOGA event will guide participants around the perimeter of the large field at Sabattus Primary School.
This event is ideal for any participant! With a basic yoga sequence explored along the trek, encouraged with Mantras, a stargazing Savasana and Reflection as we embark on a New Year!
Participants who are beginner, ages 13+ are welcome and could appreciate this event!
This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
