Each week explore new dimensions and setting yourself to feel empowered one pointed toe at a time! This is a unique class format that goes beyond traditional fitness. It's an experience that transforms your confidence and awakens your sensual side. Throughout this class, we provide a safe and creative space for self-expression, vulnerability, and self-understanding. 3 week class series, allows clients an introduction to Burlesque Dance Concepts. These concepts include storytelling, the use of props, and, most importantly, fostering a mindset that radiates confidence and self-belief. It's about embracing your inner burlesque queen, all while building a strong sense of self-assurance.
