Meet Kelli

Certified as an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, a NCOA Matter of Balance Liaison. Most recently as a BUTI Yoga Instructor and Mat Foundations focus. Versed in a variety of strength and muscle conditioning, BARRE and Kettlebells are just some of my personal favorites to teach..

Family first is the platform which SPRQ is derived. Standing for the same iconic attributes of the Roman Guards; Strength to fight, Integrity as the primary consistent and Endurance to sustain.
